Head of Digitalisation & Analytics

About the role

John Cockerill Corporate is seeking a senior leader to drive its Group‑wide digital transformation and embed a data‑driven culture across all Business Units. Reporting to the Group CIO and sitting on the ICT Management Committee, the Head of Digitalisation & Analytics will shape the digital and AI strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the Group’s Digitalisation & AI strategy in close alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with the Digital Workplace & AI Manager, Data Analytics Manager, Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure consistency across digital pillars.
• Build, manage and continuously improve the enterprise analytics ecosystem, including BI platforms, data lakes and data warehouses.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Identify, evaluate and deploy AI use cases, co‑defining the enterprise AI strategy and driving Group‑wide adoption.
• Lead and inspire a multicultural, international team of technical and analytical professionals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives at a large, multinational organization.
• Strong strategic vision combined with hands‑on technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in an international, multicultural environment.
