About the role

We are seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to lead the creative engine behind large‑scale paid media performance for multiple high‑growth consumer brands in Belgium. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator‑driven growth, driving measurable business results through data‑informed creative output.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall creative strategy and performance standards across a diverse portfolio of consumer brand clients.
  • Build, refine, and operationalise creative frameworks, playbooks and SOPs based on insights from Meta, TikTok and other paid‑social channels.
  • Lead and develop a team of performance creative strategists, enhancing their ability to diagnose issues and produce high‑converting concepts.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end creative production in partnership with editing and production leads to ensure speed, quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with creator and talent teams to align briefing, production and paid‑media execution for maximum impact.
  • Own creative onboarding for new clients, securing early performance wins within the first 30 days.
  • Act as senior creative authority in client conversations, presenting insights, performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously analyse creative performance trends to identify optimisation, innovation and scaling opportunities.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative, preferably within a fast‑paced marketing or performance‑driven agency.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes such as improved conversion rates, reduced CPA or significant revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in direct‑response marketing and paid‑social creative performance, especially on Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring high‑performing creative teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, translating data insights into actionable creative direction.
