About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Avani Quy Nhon Resort & Spa. In this front‑office position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

  • Take reservations and manage bookings using the property management system.
  • Greet, register and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Provide outstanding service throughout the stay, addressing enquiries, requests and comments promptly.
  • Settle guest accounts and process payments at departure.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with other hotel departments.

Required profile

  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) (preferred).
