Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth initiatives from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, defining strategy, launching campaigns and measuring results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Design, run and iterate rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages while obsessing over conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth efforts.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear performance stories.

• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern automation tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to work without constant supervision.
