Graduate/Junior C# Software Engineer

About the role

Join a young, passionate team of 20 at Alterface, the world leader in interactive attractions for theme parks and location‑based entertainment. As a Graduate/Junior C# Software Engineer you will help turn imaginative concepts into real‑world interactive experiences, working from specification through to on‑site installation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop projects from specification to on‑site installation using the proprietary Salto language and Salto™ interactive show‑control environment.
• Manage project planning and on‑site installation tasks within the Salto™ environment.
• Design, develop and implement unit tests and tooling solutions in C# or C.
• Produce comprehensive technical and installation documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to enforce development processes, coding best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Support software and maintenance teams during on‑site installations worldwide.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Enthusiastic about learning and applying new technologies in an interactive entertainment context.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including on‑site installations lasting up to three weeks.

Required skills
