About the role
The General Manager is fully accountable for the overall performance of the Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre, overseeing profitability, revenue growth, operational excellence, guest satisfaction and talent development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and cash‑flow monitoring to maximize profitability and asset value.
- Develop and execute commercial and revenue‑management strategies, including pricing, yield management, corporate and group sales, MICE and strategic partnerships.
- Define multi‑year strategic plans, identify growth opportunities and support investment and renovation decisions while aligning with ownership expectations.
- Ensure brand compliance, quality standards, health & safety, and operational efficiency across all hotel departments.
- Recruit, coach and develop senior managers (Finance, Sales & Revenue, Front Office, HR) and foster a high‑performing team culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a full‑service hotel with complete P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance, revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross‑functional teams and develop talent.
- Experience in strategic planning, asset management and stakeholder liaison.
