Front Desk Supervisor

About the role

The Front Desk Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for guests at our glamping resort, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences and coordinating additional services. This role blends guest relations, operational oversight, and safety management to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs, handling communications via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Coordinate guest add‑ons such as birthday packages and meal kits with caretaker and housekeeping teams.
• Perform daily cabin inspections to verify cleanliness and readiness for arriving guests.
• Manage staff scheduling and delegate daily snow‑cleaning or maintenance tasks.
• Address guest feedback or complaints promptly, documenting all entries in the Issue Tracker.
• Conduct daily safety rounds across accommodations and remote areas, handling noise disturbances and other issues.
• Inspect locking mechanisms, lighting systems, and emergency equipment on a regular basis.
• Oversee resort pathways and communal spaces, coordinating snow removal, sanding, and debris clearing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front‑desk or guest‑service roles within hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for scheduling and inspections.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and internal teams.
• Ability to respond quickly to guest concerns and maintain accurate records.
