About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Trip and Event Hosts to join our Operations pod. This full‑time, on‑site position is focused on delivering unforgettable travel experiences and ensuring every departure runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Host trips and events, creating memorable experiences for clients.
• Coordinate schedules, activities, and logistics throughout each trip.
• Engage with travelers, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Foster a sense of community among participants.
• Handle unexpected situations with confidence and creativity.
• Collaborate with the videography team to capture content during trips.
• Collect and share feedback to improve future trips.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience hosting trips or events (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability.
• Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on trip schedules.
