Hospitality All-Rounder

About the role

We are looking for a reliable all‑rounder to join our waterfront team at Pier 88. This fast‑paced, hands‑on position involves a mix of service, bar, and back‑of‑house duties in a busy venue where no two shifts are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests.
• Run food and beverage items to tables.
• Clear tables, restock supplies, and maintain a tidy work area.
• Assist wherever the team needs support, including opening and closing tasks.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience (café, restaurant, or bar) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Genuine passion for delivering great service and making guests feel welcome.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude, able to read a room and turn negative experiences into positives.
• Confident communicator who can proactively resolve issues.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in busy periods.
• Team player who is happy to jump in wherever needed.
• Reliable, punctual and available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
