About the role

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Representative to join its team in Greece. The position is fully supported with a paid relocation package, allowing you to start a new professional chapter in a vibrant, culturally rich environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide phone, email, and chat support to French‑speaking clients.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Use internal systems to deliver accurate and efficient assistance.
Collaborate with teammates to uphold high customer‑service standards.

Required profile

Fluent in French (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and willing to relocate to Greece.
