French Speaking Customer Representative – Relocation to Greece

About the role

Join Mercier Consultancy as a French‑speaking Customer Representative and enjoy a fully funded relocation to Greece. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language clients, delivering assistance through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous support to French‑speaking customers via multiple channels.
• Resolve inquiries and issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Use internal systems to retrieve information and process requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation costs covered.
