French-Speaking Automotive Customer Agent – Greece (Relocation)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Agent to join our automotive support team in Greece. The successful candidate will provide multilingual assistance to customers via phone, email and chat, helping them with product information, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in French across phone, email and chat channels.
• Assist customers with automotive product inquiries, technical information and troubleshooting.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve service quality.
• Stay informed about automotive industry trends, products and company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece.
• Proactive, organized and problem‑solving mindset.
