Freelance Airport Passenger Support – On‑Call at Charleroi Airport

About the role

FlightHelp is looking for reliable freelancers to join its on‑call team at Brussels South Charleroi Airport. When a flight experiences a significant delay or cancellation, you will be dispatched to assist affected passengers in understanding their rights and the compensation process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to short‑notice alerts from the operations team.
• Travel to the arrivals area of the airport when a disruption occurs.
• Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the impacted flight.
• Explain FlightHelp’s services in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
• Provide reassurance and answer basic questions without requiring airport security clearance.

Required profile

• Residence in Frasnes‑lez‑Gosselies, Walloon Region or nearby areas.
• Good French language skills (minimum B2 level); English or additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable interacting with the public.
