Freelance Airport Passenger Support – On‑Call at Charleroi Airport

About the role

Join FlightHelp’s on‑call team at Brussels South Charleroi Airport and help passengers understand their rights after flight disruptions. This freelance position involves brief, on‑site assignments where you act as a friendly information point.

Key responsibilities

• Respond on short notice when a flight delay or cancellation exceeds three hours.
• Travel to the arrivals area of Charleroi Airport as instructed.
• Distribute informational flyers to affected passengers and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
• Provide calm, professional support and answer basic questions.

Required profile

• Residence in Frasnes‑lez‑Gosselies, the Walloon Region, or nearby areas.
• Good French language skills (minimum B2); English or additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable interacting with the public.

• None (role does not require specific technical tools).
