Freelance Airport Passenger Support – On‑Call at Charleroi Airport

About the role

FlightHelp is looking for reliable freelancers to join its on‑call team at Brussels South Charleroi Airport. When a flight experiences a significant delay or cancellation, you will help affected passengers understand their rights and the compensation process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to notifications from the operations team about flight disruptions.
• Travel to the arrivals area of Charleroi Airport at short notice.
• Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight.
• Explain FlightHelp’s services in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
• Provide reassurance and answer basic questions without requiring airport security clearance.

Required profile

• Residence in Frasnes‑lez‑Gosselies, the Walloon Region, or nearby areas.
• Good command of French (minimum B2); English or additional languages are a plus.
• Reliability, punctuality, and comfort interacting with the public.
