Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support daily operations across the restaurant, banquet, room service, and in‑room dining areas of Cardo Brussels Hotel. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the role ensures high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency during peak meal periods.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with menu planning and maintain sanitation standards throughout all F&B outlets.
• Support servers and hosts on the floor during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
• Manage inventory for restaurant and room service, coordinating with the manager as needed.
• Determine training needs for the evening team and implement training plans.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to drive revenue growth and optimize financial performance.
• Provide flexible coverage across any F&B department when required.
