Employee Relations Case Manager

About the role

As a member of the Employee Relations Team at Just Eat Takeaway.com, you will deliver high‑quality, efficient, and timely service to all stakeholders on employee‑relation matters. You will work initially within the Belgium context, with the possibility to support additional countries, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Apply employment standards and labour laws for legal compliance, validating country‑specific regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries through the People Service Portal (JIRA) and other channels, identify needs and escalate issues as required.
• Maintain commitment to service level agreements (SLAs) for responsiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Uphold quality standards for Employee Relations guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Manage internal People policies and update them to reflect localisation requirements.
• Conduct internal investigations for local and whistleblower cases.
• Establish strong communication within People Services teams and across departments.
• Collaborate with legal teams to validate and, when appropriate, escalate cases.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive employee support, handling Tier 2 tasks and directing Tier 3 issues.
• Guide and coach managers on disciplinary and non‑disciplinary actions, terminations, and employment standards, supporting documentation and best practices.
• Demonstrate familiarity with social negotiation bodies and develop business acumen for departmental support.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Mid‑level professional with HR experience, including at least one year specialised in Employee Relations.
