Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join Nespresso’s Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planner Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting sales and managing inventory for one or several product categories, ensuring high customer service and cost‑efficient stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate short‑ and long‑term sales forecasts using marketing, sales inputs and historical data.
• Own weekly and monthly planning cycles, including forecast reviews and gap analysis.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing minimum and maximum stock to meet demand while minimizing costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to influence business planning and support promotions and product launches.
• Maintain master data accuracy and drive supply‑chain optimization projects.
• Build and sustain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable collaboration.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in demand and supply planning or a related supply‑chain role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
