Customer Support Agent

About the role

Ticketmaster is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join its International Ticketing team in Brussels. You will be the first point of contact for fans and customers, helping them with ticket purchases, account issues, and event access while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email, chat and phone.
• Assist fans with ticket purchases, mobile tickets, refunds, exchanges and account‑related questions.
• Troubleshoot technical problems on the ticketing platform.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised internal teams.
• Stay updated on upcoming events, procedures and system changes.
• Contribute ideas to improve overall customer experience.
• Handle high‑pressure situations during peak sales periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk or support roles is a plus.
• Fluent in French and Dutch with a good command of English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexible hours during busy event periods.
• Passion for music, entertainment and live events.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
