About the role
Join a dynamic team that values passion and customer focus. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the friendly voice that helps our customers resolve inquiries and discover additional products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, respond to, and resolve high‑volume telephone inquiries in a call‑center environment.
- Maintain departmental quality and productivity standards.
- Cross‑reference a variety of products and services to suggest appropriate options for customers.
- Conduct outbound calls to survey customer satisfaction with existing products.
- Handle customer e‑mail and other correspondence as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant computer applications.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Strong numeric, oral, and written communication skills.
