Customer Service Representative – Ghent (On‑site)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the main point of contact between Amcor and its customers. You will ensure a seamless end‑to‑end order experience, support internal and external stakeholders, and continuously look for ways to improve service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle in the CRM and ERP systems, from placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with quality, supply chain, planning, logistics, production, finance and sales to monitor requirements and resolve delays.
• Lead regular performance reviews with customers and internal functions.
• Handle customer requests, forecasts, complaints and returns, ensuring timely feedback.
• Monitor finished‑goods levels and aged inventory, and initiate rush shipments when needed.
• Collaborate with finance on credit/debit notes and disputed invoices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer knowledge, including service level agreements and contracts.

Required skills
