About the role
As a Customer Service Employee at VELUX you will be the first point of contact for customers and partners, helping them discover the right daylight solutions. You will work in a dynamic, international environment where excellent service and product knowledge are key to success.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Advise customers on suitable solutions and create tailored offers.
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products at the right time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and share feedback with management.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexibly during peak periods and adapt to changing priorities.
