Customer Service Consultant – French & English (Rent-a-Car)

About the role

Join a leading international car‑rental brand as a Customer Service Consultant in Sofia. You will handle French‑ and English‑speaking customers, providing reservations, modifications, cancellations and mobility advice through phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries in French and English via phone and email.
• Create new reservations, process changes and cancellations.
• Provide tailored mobility solutions and general travel information.
• Maintain high service standards and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 level or higher).
• Good English proficiency for internal communication.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and participate in a paid training program.
