Customer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Teamleader is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to own the video and education motion within its Digital Customer Success team. You will create engaging video content and live sessions that turn customers into power users and generate expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Produce video tutorials, feature explainers and how‑to content that simplifies complex workflows.
• Host webinars and live demos, answering questions and guiding customers to deeper product usage.
• Apply marketing principles to deliver the right message to the right segment at the right time.
• Measure and drive adoption, conversion after webinars, and upsell outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools for dubbing, transcription, content repurposing and personalization at scale.
• Collaborate closely with Digital CS, product, marketing and data teams.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking on camera and presenting live sessions.
• Creative, execution‑focused and able to move from idea to published video quickly.
• Self‑starter with a “make‑it‑happen” mentality.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video and content tools such as Adobe, Loom, Wistia and Livestorm.
• Experience using AI‑driven content creation or automation tools.
