Clinical Applications Specialist – CT

About the role

As part of the Clinical Education team, you will support healthcare professionals in the effective clinical use of GE HealthCare's Computed Tomography (CT) solutions. As the clinical expert for your modality, you deliver clinical education, application training and ongoing customer support, working closely with Sales, Service, Product and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver tailored clinical training for radiologists, radiographers and healthcare professionals, including on-site training, the GE HealthCare Academy and digital learning platforms
• Prepare post-training reports and recommendations based on customer feedback and clinical observations
• Act as clinical expert and trusted advisor, guiding users on image quality, workflow efficiency and clinical outcomes
• Support customers during system implementation, upgrades and new technology adoption
• Partner with Sales on clinical demonstrations, presentations, case reviews, proof-of-concept activities and reference visits
• Represent GE HealthCare at conferences, workshops and trade shows
• Support digital educational content such as videos, webinars and e-learning modules, and share knowledge internally

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Sciences or a related field
• Clinical CT experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Hands-on experience operating CT equipment and clinical workflows
• Strong understanding of CT imaging principles, protocols, dose optimization and image reconstruction
• Fluent French and Dutch, with professional English; valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently across Belgium, Luxembourg and other territories

Required skills

• Image post-processing and advanced visualization tools
• Preferred: previous clinical training experience, GE HealthCare CT systems knowledge, multi-modality imaging and radiology workflow knowledge
• Communication, presentation and project management skills; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Digital learning and content creation experience is an asset
