Client Advisor & Operations Specialist – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor and Operations Specialist for Prada in Brussels, you will be the brand ambassador who delivers an unforgettable luxury experience to every client. You will combine sales expertise with operational excellence to drive revenue and ensure seamless store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and guide clients through the "client journey ceremony".
• Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to personalize service and build long‑term relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets through proactive cross‑selling and deep product knowledge.
• Maintain visual standards and shop‑floor presentation in line with Prada guidelines.
• Manage stock rotation, returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce deliveries according to corporate procedures.
• Support software tools, ensuring accurate product flow tracking via SAP and the Eureka system.
• Oversee daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, reservations, omnichannel orders, and stock counts.

Required profile

• Passion for selling in a luxury environment.
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and design.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in stock management, inventory control, and retail operations.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
