Change Management Consultant – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support strategic transformation initiatives for our clients in the pharmaceutical sector, based in Brussels. You will help organisations evolve their ways of working, processes and culture, ensuring successful adoption of change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and roadmaps.
• Assess change impacts and define tailored adoption plans.
• Support communication and engagement initiatives.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and change activities.
• Coach managers and teams throughout transformation journeys.
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management, organisational or business transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
• Pragmatic, people‑oriented approach with a focus on results.
• Ability to adapt to different organisational cultures and contexts.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in French or Dutch (written and spoken); knowledge of both is an asset.
