CAD Design Engineer – PTC Creo Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a CAD Design Engineer with strong expertise in PTC Creo to join Expleo’s engineering team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex 3D models, assemblies and detailed drawings, supporting product development from concept through to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain parametric 3D models, assemblies and detailed engineering drawings using PTC Creo.
• Generate manufacturing drawings, bills of materials and technical documentation.
• Perform design modifications, updates and optimisations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement and project teams to develop effective design solutions.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation and conduct design reviews.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for design‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience using PTC Creo.
• Proven experience designing complex mechanical components and assemblies.
• Familiarity with engineering change management and product lifecycle management processes.

Required skills

• PTC Creo
• PTC Windchill (preferred)
• Simulation and analysis tools within Creo
• Knowledge of ISO and ASME engineering standards
• Engineering change management
• Product lifecycle management (PLM)
