Resources Industry Internship – Management Consulting

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to real client challenges and translate business needs into pragmatic solutions for utilities, chemicals and natural‑resource organisations.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to analyse complex business and industry issues, shape recommendations and support solution design or implementation.
• Build hands‑on experience through research, data analysis, assessments, workshops, business cases, forecasting or client‑ready deliverables.
• Explore the breadth of the Resources industry, from energy transition and decarbonisation to operational transformation and digitalisation.

Required profile

• Curiosity about the energy transition, utilities, chemical industry and natural resources.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, ability to ask thoughtful questions and turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• Eagerness to learn new methodologies, processes, technologies and industry topics.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with working knowledge of the other national language.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, graduating in 2027, and available for a 12–15‑week internship.
