Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Cream, a consulting firm serving large organisations in banking, insurance, telecom, energy, pharmaceutical and transport. You will drive growth by building client relationships, recruiting top consulting talent and overseeing their professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and craft competitive proposals, including team composition, expertise and pricing.
• Lead negotiations and close contracts, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify and attract high‑potential consultants, conduct interviews and assess fit for our project portfolio.
• Manage the career progression of assigned consultants through regular follow‑up, training plans and skill development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of business development experience in a consulting environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.
