Banquet Server

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our hospitality team. In this position you will deliver prompt, courteous service to banquet guests, helping to create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits. You will work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment serving food and beverages at various events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, including tables, linens, dishes, silverware and condiments.
• Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently during events.
• Answer guest questions about buffet options or menu items.
• Accommodate reasonable special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the service.
• Support the Banquet Captain, Lead Server or Banquet Manager as directed.
• Assist with additional projects or duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets or hotel settings.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine and a passion for personable service.
• Ability to work well with staff and guests.

Required skills

• Food Handler Certificate (if applicable).
