B2B Internal Account Manager – Energy (Flanders)

About the role

Join Mega as a B2B Internal Account Manager for Energy in Flanders. You will combine hunting, account management and business growth to expand our energy portfolio across the region, enjoying high autonomy and direct impact.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow Mega's customer portfolio across Flanders.
• Build lasting customer relationships through acquisition, retention and account development.
• Develop commercial partnerships and contribute to high‑impact sales initiatives.
• Manage the sales pipeline with focus on execution, forecasting and results.
• Work cross‑functionally to enhance customer experience and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B energy sales, internal sales or account management experience, preferably in the energy sector.
• Native‑level Dutch proficiency; good English required, French is a strong asset.
• Hunter mindset: organized, persistent and performance‑driven.
• Strong business development, relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
