Area Director Food & Beverage

About the role

The Area Director of Food & Beverage will lead the operational and financial performance of restaurants, bars, banquets and culinary services across the 5‑Star Kimpton Seafire and Hotel Indigo properties. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences through high‑quality food, strong value, and consistent service in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and maximize profitability for all F&B outlets.
• Monitor cost of sales, payroll and inventory, and ensure all expenditures are authorized.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering superior product and service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of F&B staff, set departmental goals and prioritize work.
• Partner with Sales and Catering teams on minimums, pricing and marketing strategies.
• Lead concept development, renovations, new openings and collaborations with renowned chefs.
• Maintain health & safety compliance and manage capital planning for property assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.
• Luxury resort or high‑end hotel experience, preferably in the Caribbean or island markets.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications where applicable.
