Pool & Beach Concierge

About the role

The Pool & Beach Concierge delivers exceptional guest experiences at the resort’s pool and beach areas, focusing on cabana guests. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring every request, amenity, and personalized arrangement is handled smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main host for cabana guests, preparing cabanas with required amenities and special setups.
• Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and VIP services, monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the day.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, arranging transportation, dining reservations, and recreational activities.
• Manage all golf reservations and tee‑time bookings, liaising with golf operations to secure preferred times and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of cabana reservations, guest preferences, and golf bookings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or guest relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
