About the role
Join the award‑winning Fowey Hall Hotel as a Spa Receptionist, the first point of contact for guests seeking relaxation and wellness. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, answer queries, and support the spa team with treatments when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in spa guests, providing clear information on treatments and facilities.
- Promote and sell spa treatments and retail products, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in treatment rooms and public areas.
- Assist therapists with room turnover and support the team during busy periods.
- Deliver memorable, personalized service, especially for families and young guests.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or destination spa.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO).
- Charismatic, engaging personality with a passion for guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.

What we offer
- Permanent contract – 32 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends.
- Hourly rate of £12.71 plus service charge and a generous benefits package.
