All-round Commis – Hotel Service Role

About the role

Thon Hotels is looking for an enthusiastic All‑round Commis to join the team at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie on Avenue Louise, Brussels. You will work across all food‑and‑beverage outlets, delivering friendly, high‑quality service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and banqueting service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and suggest improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
• Support colleagues in a fast‑paced, flexible environment.
• Communicate with guests in English, French and Dutch.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for making people happy.
• Flexible attitude – able to work varied shifts across all outlets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English, French and Dutch.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Ability to guide guests in menu choices.
