All-round Commis – Hotel Service Role

About the role

We are looking for an All‑round Commis to join our dynamic team at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie, located on the famous Avenue Louise in Brussels. In this role you will support all food‑and‑beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and banqueting outlets.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas.
• Support colleagues in a flexible, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality position; bar or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a desire to make guests happy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
• Flexible availability for all shifts and varying schedule lengths.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and the ability to guide guests.
