AI Transformation Lead

About the role

BOI is an AI transformation studio that partners with companies such as Walmart, Coca-Cola and Mastercard to turn AI into growth. As an AI Transformation Lead you will own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements, working closely with the Directors and Managing Director of AI Transformation. You will be a senior delivery person across execution and proposal development, leading enterprise clients through structuring opportunities, business cases, roadmaps, operating models and capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI transformation programs, setting direction and defining what good looks like.
• Navigate ambiguity confidently, making decisions and keeping momentum without waiting for direction.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders: lead workshops, manage stakeholder dynamics and shape transformation agendas.
• Contribute to proposal development and engagement scoping, growing into independent ownership, and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Turn successful engagements into case studies, thought leadership and reusable IP.
• Build your own AI workflows, tools and automations, and mentor and develop more junior team members.

Required profile

• Typically 10+ years in management consulting or transformation advisory, with significant time owning delivery end-to-end.
• Experience leading complex strategy or transformation engagements, and growing accounts through credible proposals.
• A genuine passion for AI, demonstrated by personal use of AI in daily work.
• Low ego, high aptitude, high ownership and a drive for results.

What we offer

• The chance to build compounding skills on pioneering AI transformation projects.
• Freedom to prototype, experiment and shape the business like an owner.
• A competitive package with perks, office lunches and regular team gatherings.
