Administrative Customer Support – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear communication, troubleshooting assistance, and professional service in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
