About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Radisson Hotel Group. In this role you will support the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring high‑quality dishes and exceptional guest experiences across all hotel dining venues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to the required standards, maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including mise en place and stock control.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workload, resolve issues quickly and maintain a clean work environment.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and continuous improvement of culinary processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Strong passion for gastronomy and a willingness to learn.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
