Restaurant Manager – Managing Partner

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Managing Partner to lead the daily operations of ES BALAGAN, a Mediterranean deli, diner and cultural gathering place in Antwerp. You will act as the owner‑operator of the restaurant, driving both guest experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations and floor management.
• Recruit, coach, schedule and develop a high‑performing team.
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards and ensure consistent guest service.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, cost control and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership and report key performance indicators.
• Identify growth opportunities and help build the brand beyond the restaurant walls.
