Wero Tester – Payments & Transaction Testing

About the role

We are seeking a Wero Tester to join our digital transformation team within the banking sector. You will focus on testing payment and transaction flows, ensuring high‑quality delivery of digital banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain test plans based on business and functional requirements.
• Write detailed test scenarios aligned with user journeys and operational flows.
• Prepare and manage test environments and test data.
• Execute functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing activities.
• Identify, document, and follow up on defects until resolution.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Contribute to testing coordination activities within complex payment‑related projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in functional and end‑to‑end testing.
• Strong knowledge of payments and transaction environments, including SEPA transfers, instant payments, and processing flows.
• Experience with WERO is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to coordinate testing activities in complex projects.
• Capability to understand BPMN, UML, or class diagrams.
• Good knowledge of Jira and other testing tools.
• Fluent in English with a good command of French or Dutch.
