Web Designer (UI/UX & Odoo Integration)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Web Designer to build websites and e‑commerce solutions for Odoo customers. You will work from design analysis through to production launch, combining design and development tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create custom UI/UX designs that match client visual identity and business goals.
• Code designs into web pages using the Odoo website builder, ensuring visual consistency and responsive compatibility.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, from briefing to go‑live, while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, sales, and development teams to align expectations and technical feasibility.
• Train clients on using the Odoo website builder and best practices for layout and content management.

Required profile

• Business‑level proficiency in Dutch, German, Spanish or Italian, plus fluency in English.
• Strong mastery of UI/UX design tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, SCSS and Bootstrap with a good understanding of responsive design.
• Problem‑solving attitude and critical thinking.
