Waiter – Friendly Service in Antwerp

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our team at BÚN Bar & Restaurant in Antwerp. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through a memorable dining experience that showcases authentic Vietnamese flavors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine attention and present the menu confidently.
• Take orders accurately, serve dishes with precise timing, and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Identify natural upsell opportunities without pressure.
• Prepare bar mise en place and monitor stock levels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
• Fluent in English or Dutch.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Interest in wine, beer, cocktails, or Asian hospitality.
• Eagerness to develop skills and grow within the team.
