Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to create high‑impact visual content for digital platforms. The role blends storytelling, advanced editing, and motion design to produce short‑form videos, podcasts, ads, and branded pieces that engage audiences across social‑first formats.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos, handling color correction, sound design, pacing, and visual enhancements.
• Produce a variety of assets such as promotional videos, tutorials, explainers, and brand storytelling pieces.
• Create platform‑optimized short‑form videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Edit full podcast episodes and generate highlights, teasers, and branded intros/outros.
• Design motion graphics, animations, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects in line with brand guidelines.
• Build reusable motion templates and visual systems to streamline production.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools for generative video content, automated captions, and smart editing pipelines.
• Collaborate on concept development, scripting, and storyboarding with creative and marketing teams.
• Maintain organized media workflows and conduct quality assurance on final exports.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related creative production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video storytelling, editing, and motion design across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
