Design & Digital Product Internship (Feb 2027 start)

About the role

You will join Accenture Song’s Design & Digital Products team in Brussels, working on real client projects that blend design, technology and business strategy. The internship starts in February 2027 and offers exposure to research, prototyping and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support user, market and design research activities, including interviews, usability tests and surveys.
• Translate research findings into insights, personas, journeys and design principles.
• Contribute to service blueprints, experience concepts and future service propositions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and interface concepts, iterating based on feedback and testing.
• Participate in co‑creation workshops, client meetings and cross‑disciplinary collaboration.
• Explore business aspects such as value propositions, feasibility and new business opportunities, including AI and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Currently studying product/UX design, service design, business design, innovation, digital strategy or a related discipline.
• Strong curiosity about people, digital products and how technology can improve experiences.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to ask questions and make sense of complex problems.
• Learner attitude, eager to explore new ideas, methods and technologies.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Open to working across design, research, strategy or technology domains.
