Treasury Consultant specialised in Cash and Liquidity

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Consultant specialised in Cash and Liquidity to join PwC’s Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Brussels. You will advise clients on strategic and operational treasury matters, helping them optimise cash flows and manage liquidity in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational and process advice on treasury and cash management.
• Take ownership of project tasks and, depending on experience, lead projects independently.
• Coach and supervise junior staff and act as a career mentor.
• Support and lead business development initiatives in cash management to strengthen PwC’s market position.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of experience in cash and liquidity management, either as a consultant, in a corporate treasury department or at a leading cash‑management bank.
• Passion for finance innovation such as blockchain, RPA or AI.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus. Additional European language or ACT certification (CertICM) is an asset.
• Willingness to travel and work on international assignments.
