Audit Supervisor – Brussels

About the role

Join Grant Thornton’s Brussels office as an Audit Supervisor, where you will combine sharp analytical insight with a people‑oriented, entrepreneurial environment. You will act as the bridge between the audit team and engagement leadership, delivering high‑quality audit work for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the manager in planning, organising and executing audit engagements, allocating tasks and monitoring deadlines, mainly on‑site at client locations.
• Perform specialised audit work such as consolidated financial statements and periodic reporting, assessing risks and proposing optimisations.
• Coach junior and senior auditors, fostering a collaborative learning environment and helping team members develop their skills.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of external audit experience.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• Strong coaching, leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, with ambition to become an Audit Manager.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and across Grant Thornton offices.
