Team Leader – Inside Sales

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring leader with a strong commercial mindset to head our Inside Sales team. Based in Wilrijk, you will coach a group of nine Inside Sales Officers, collaborate with Business Development Officers and continue to manage your own sales region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of nine Inside Sales Officers.
• Drive operational efficiency by automating administrative tasks and establishing up‑to‑date KPIs.
• Analyse workload data to shift the organisation towards a customer‑value‑driven approach.
• Balance self‑service automation with human interaction to enhance the buying experience.
• Identify growth opportunities, convert leads and nurture long‑term partnerships within your assigned regions.
• Report to the Global Sales Manager and work in a hybrid model.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent commercial experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities for assessing operational data.
• Proven experience in sales, customer support or the compressed‑air industry.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong asset.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet project deadlines.
