Team Leader – Inside Sales

About the role

As a Team Leader – Inside Sales you will join a dynamic, international team at Atlas Copco Group. You will lead and coach nine Inside Sales Officers, collaborate closely with Business Development Officers, and continue to manage your own sales regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of nine Inside Sales Officers.
• Drive organisational efficiency by automating administrative tasks and implementing up‑to‑date KPIs.
• Analyse operational data to improve processes and balance self‑service solutions with human interaction.
• Identify growth opportunities, convert leads into long‑term partnerships and optimise the customer buying experience.
• Report to the General Manager and work in a hybrid model from the Wilrijk facility.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent commercial experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities for data‑driven process improvement.
• Experience in sales, customer support or the compressed‑air industry.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong asset.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet project deadlines.
